Aerial Restorative Yoga Amy Hosey

Hammock is positioned near the ground and participants hold restorative, passive postures with the support of the hammock. Expect to hold each passive relaxing pose for approximately 5 minutes to allow the body to relax into the stretch, release, and surrender to the feeling ending the class in a floating relaxation.
