Big Bear - Shades for Shelters® offers classically inspired, biodegradable, polarized sunglasses to raise money for animal shelters and dog rescues in the United States, with 20% of net proceeds donated to these organizations. The long-term goal is to open the Big Bear Animal Shelter & Sanctuary, funded primarily through the sale of our products. By creating a for-profit business to fund our rescue, we help solve one of the largest issues of running an animal shelter which ensures that our commitment to the animals can stay the primary focus of our organization.
