Curious about sourdough but not sure where to start? Join us for a hands-on class that teaches the foundations of real sourdough baking—perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to improve their skills.
This class includes both demo and hands-on practice, so you’ll watch each step, then try it yourself with guidance from our instructor. We’ll cover everything from keeping a healthy starter to mixing dough, shaping, proofing, and baking at home.
