- October 7 - Explore Nutrition and Supplementation for Symptom Relief with Kelly Vida, Women’s Health Coaching Specialist
- Join Kelly to learn how to manage menopause symptoms through effective dietary and supplement strategies. We’ll cover essential nutrients and foods and explore the benefits of supplements. You’ll leave with practical tools on how to create a personalized diet and supplement plan to enhance your quality of life during menopause. End the evening with a specialized yoga and acupuncture class with Amy Yehoshua LA.c MSOM.
- October 14 - Exercise, Stress Management and Sleep Strategies for Menopause with Kelly Vida and Cheryl Cryer
