Acoustic performances feature instrumental music covers from Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, The Who, The Rolling Stones, and many more, along with '90s alternative rock. He also incorporates elements of inspirational/modern fingerpicking, R&B, jazz, soft rock, classical, blues, pop, new wave, and progressive music

- Dave Ramont was born with a song stuck in his head. The doctors couldn’t get it out. 20-odd years later he was playing around the Chicago area, teaching at a music school and digging ditches. Gerald Dowd has been described as “the hardest working drummer in Chicago” (Richard Milne, WXRT), playing on over 150 albums, and averaging 200 live dates a year around the world.
