Join us for this free virtual information session with Bridgette Shaw-Bane at our center! Hormone Yoga is a 30 min set sequence that uses dynamic breath and movement along with a special Tibetan Circulation of Energy and short meditations to help alleviate symptoms of hormonal imbalances that come from PMS, Peri-Post Menopause, Hypothyroidism, PMDD and More.
