Art of the Fox Mural Unveiling Set for Oct. 5
The Conservation Foundation and Water Street Studios will host the Art of the Fox mural unveiling on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 100 N. Island Ave., Batavia. The event will showcase nature-inspired murals created by 10 local artists, aimed at connecting the community to the beauty and importance of the Fox River.
The murals will be displayed on Batavia's City Hall, a historic windmill factory along the Fox River that now serves as a public gathering space. The event will feature coffee, snacks, and music. Artists will be on hand to talk about their work.
