"Whether you're gathering friends for a fun afternoon out or planning a unique date day, Step into Spring: Wine Walk is the perfect way to shake off winter and celebrate the arrival of warmer days," said Kristen Desler, Assistant Director of Batavia MainStreet.
Guests will enjoy a self-guided walking tour through historic downtown Batavia, sampling wines while discovering unique shops, boutiques and businesses along the way. The event is designed to bring people together to experience the charm and energy of downtown in a fresh festive way.
Tickets are officially on sale for Step into Spring: Wine Walk, Batavia MainStreet's newest springtime
event, happening Saturday, March 21 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM. This highly anticipated event
invites guests to sip, shop, and stroll through 14 participating downtown businesses, each offering 1-
ounce wine tastings with both red and white options at every stop.
Tickets are $39 and available now at www.downtownbatavia.com. With limited availability and strong
early interest, organizers anticipate a sellout.

As described above, each of these small business will have a white and red 1-ounce wine tasting in each of their shops. Spend the afternoon walking through all of the amazing small businesses throughout Batavia, sipping wine with your friends and enjoying the spring weather.

Join other runners throughout the Fox Valley area as they run up and down the Fox River starting and ending near the Peg Bond Center, heading north up the Fox River and back south down the river into town.
May 8th 2026
Welcome our 2026 Batavia Boardwalk Shops with our opening day celebration! Walk around town, spend some time exploring our new small businesses in the boardwalks and head out to visit the alumni throughout town. May 16th 2026
Welcome back all of our vendors at the Batavia Outdoor Farmers' Market and Artisan Collective on River Street in downtown Batavia. Walk around town with your friends and family, check out one of our many breakfast restaurants and enjoy the river front and spring weather!
