    Featuring 2023 Surly Darkness Variant: Coco Nitro Bourbon Barrel-Aged Darkness
    Surly aged Darkness in bourbon barrels before, and they've matured it with good friends like coconut, vanilla, and cacao before, but putting it on nitro was uncharted territory. Enjoy the absurdly smooth creaminess! You’ve never tasted Darkness like this!

Course 1

Ferocious  6.9% - Kinda like Furious but with a twist, brewed in collaboration with Piece in Chicago and ZERO other establishments other than Piece and Sidecar will are pouring this absolute beauty of an IPA. Double dry-hopped throwback IPA harkens back to a simpler time when we all craved hops with names like Ahtanum, Liberty, Horizon, Crystal, and Galena.

Chef’s Pairing - Smoked curry shrimp flatbread with habanero jack, scallions and roasted red peppers

Course 2

Double Bladed Axe Man DIPA - Danker, Hoppier, Louder! - Double Bladed Axe Man guides your journey to IPA Valhalla with a mighty swing of Citra and Mosaic hops. The extraordinary flavor and aromatics of one of America’s most acclaimed IPAs, doubled 10.8%

Chef’s Pairing - ‘Pineapple on Pizza Sausage Sammy’ - House made Italian sausage studded with dried pineapple and mozzarella, served on a hoagie bun with pizza sauce and fennel relish
