Enjoy a deeply restful evening with the gifts of the aerial yoga hammock hovering just above the ground for a restorative yoga practice including bolsters, blocks, blankets, and hot stones! This workshop will include a beginning meditation with essential oils to help relieve you of stress so that you can be filled with a sense of contentment and presence.
