Winterfest Art Market is a holiday market in collaboration with Water Street Studios and Batavia MainStreet. Artists, artisans and makers will be selling fine art and handmade items featured throughout Water Street Studios and The Dock (150 First St.)

 

Please fill out all information. Photos of your products, booth set-up, and social media are all required to be considered.

 

We encourage past AC vendors to send updated photos and product descriptions for us to use in Winterfest Art Market promotions.

 

Direct sale and MLM vendors are not eligible to participate.

 

Application deadline is August 20.

Dates:

Friday, November 10th: 6pm - 9pm

Saturday, November 11th: 10am - 5pm

Sunday, November 12th: 10am - 2pm

 

Booth sizes:

Booth spaces are unconventional and depend on your product offering. Please see below to select your preferred booth space and size.

Vendors will be juried and placed in stall locations by the Winterfest Committee based on vendors set-up requirements and products offered.

Vendor Fee: $200

You must be able to attend all three market dates. There are no shared booths. Artists and artisans are responsible for bringing their own setup including a table and chair.
