We will provide all the ingredients and tools for you to make as many rolls as you can eat. \nMenu: make your own sushi with vegetables\, cream cheese\, avocado\, spicy mayo\, crab\, shrimp tempura\, smoked salmon and more\n*No raw fish will be served in this class \nTechniques: \n\nSushi Rice preparation and cooking\nHow to roll and shape a variety of sushi rolls\nCommon sauces and condiments\n\n* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled. \nWhat if I have a food allergy?  We will do our best to accommodate food allergies\, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class.
