In this workshop\, we’ll walk through each step—from mixing the dough to rolling\, cutting\, and cooking fresh noodles using simple techniques you can repeat at home.\nWe’ll begin with a live demonstration so you can see the process from start to finish\, then everyone will roll up their sleeves and create their own pasta. Once noodles are made\, we’ll finish with sauces and toppings so you can sit down and enjoy the meal you created!\n\nWhat you’ll learn:\n-how to mix pasta dough-rolling & shaping techniques-cutting fettuccine\, spaghetti\, or ravioli-sauce pairing and finishing-helpful tips for pasta night at home\n\n* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.\nWhat if I have a food allergy?\nWe will do our best to accommodate food allergies\, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class.
