Batavia’s largest summer event returns July 7-9. \nCatch the carnival fun on Houston Street\, along with tasty food and beverages\, live musical entertainment\, several competitions\, games and activities for all ages. \nOrganized by the Batavia Park District and the City of Batavia\, Windmill City Festival returns to downtown Batavia from July 7 to 9. The festival will be open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday\, July 7\, noon to 11 p.m. on Saturday\, July 8\, and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday\, July 9. \nReturning to rock Batavia are some of Chicago’s favorite bands including The Wayouts\, Modern Day Romeos\, Radio Gaga and Lounge Puppets. Whether they are playing rock ‘n’ roll\, pop\, country or other rhythmic sounds\, these and other crowd-pleasing bands stir up outstanding shows! Come to eat\, drink and dance under the stars!
