A few special participants will be selected from the audience to come to the stage. For yogis and non-yogis alike!\nIf you’d like to just watch\, bring a big towel for gong and relaxation at the end. If you’d like to participate in the fun basic yoga poses\, bring your mat or a big towel. Namaste! \n  \nLaurie is a comedian/actor\, based in the Chicagoland area and loves it! Her (mostly) real life experiences are hilariously relatable. She has performed at numerous Chicagoland venues\, including The Comedy Vault\, Laugh Factory-Chicago\, Zanies Rosemont\, Norris Cultural Arts Center\, Moonlight Theatre and more. She is a participant in this summer’s Clean Comedy Challenge in Rhode Island. \nTV roles include Chicago PD\, American Greed\, national commercials\, It’s News To Me-“Laurie’s Oratory Soapbox”\, lead for her own TV Yoga episodic show and co-hosting live charity-telethons. Laurie is the founder of Going To My Happy Place Yoga\, instructing for 22 yrs.
