Join us for a hands-on class that teaches the foundations of real sourdough baking—perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to improve their skills.\nThis class includes both\ndemo and hands-on practice\n\, so you’ll watch each step\, then try it yourself with guidance from our instructor. We’ll cover everything from keeping a healthy starter to mixing dough\, shaping\, proofing\, and baking at home.\nWhat you’ll learn \n\nwhat a starter is and how it works\nhow to feed and maintain a starter\nmixing dough by hand\nshaping techniques\ntiming your rises\nhow to bake in a home oven\n\nClass includes \n\nsourdough starter to take home\ndough you mixed in class\nprinted sourdough recipe\ntasting and samples\nQ&A with the instructor\n\n*Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled. \nWhat if I have a food allergy? \nWe will do our best to accommodate food allergies\, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class.
