Join us at the farm for a fresh and flavorful workshop focused on plant-based cooking using seasonal ingredients and simple methods you can master at home.\nWe’ll start with a chef-led demonstration on preparing whole grains including quinoa\, farro\, and creamy polenta\, followed by how to roast vegetables for maximum flavor and texture.
