Join us at the farm for a fresh and flavorful workshop focused on plant-based cooking using seasonal ingredients and simple methods you can master at home.\nWe’ll start with a chef-led demonstration on preparing whole grains including quinoa\, farro\, and creamy polenta\, followed by how to roast vegetables for maximum flavor and texture. We’ll also make two versatile sauces you can use again and again to upgrade your weeknight meals.\nAfter the demo\, guests will assemble their own grain bowls using farm-fresh vegetables\, grains\, sauces\, herbs\, and toppings.\n\n\nWhat we’ll cover:\n-how to cook quinoa and farro perfectly-creamy stovetop polenta-roasting vegetables (temperature\, seasoning\, doneness)-building flavor with sauces-combining textures-seasonal produce overview\n*Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.\nWhat if I have a food allergy?We will do our best to accommodate food allergies\, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class.
