Enjoy a stand-up comedy set\, blending into basic yoga\, poses and comedic commentary including relaxation with a gong savasana and a free drink ticket! A few special participants will be selected from the audience to come to the stage.\nIf you’d like to just watch\, bring a big towel for gong and relaxation at the end. If you’d like to participate in the fun basic yoga poses\, bring your mat or a big towel. Namaste! \n  \nLaurie is a comedian/actor\, based in the Chicagoland area and loves it! Her (mostly) real life experiences are hilariously relatable. She has performed at numerous Chicagoland venues\, including The Comedy Vault\, Laugh Factory-Chicago\, Zanies Rosemont\, Norris Cultural Arts Center\, Moonlight Theatre and more. She is a participant in this summer’s Clean Comedy Challenge in Rhode Island. \nTV roles include Chicago PD\, American Greed\, national commercials\, It’s News To Me-“Laurie’s Oratory Soapbox”\, lead for her own TV Yoga episodic show and co-hosting live charity-telethons. Laurie is the founder of Going To My Happy Place Yoga\, instructing for 22 yrs. Participants are required to bringsix quarts of their homemade soup in a crockpot\, warm\, between 12:00 and1:00 pm on Sunday\, January 21. SSB will provide extension cords\, ladles\,sampling cups and spoons.  Judging will be based on the people’s choice.After the judging\, any remaining soup will be served\, first come\, firstserved. $10 registration to enter chili and $5 to judge.
