BatFest is Batavia’s annual Halloween themed family event attracting over 2,500 ghouls. BatFest includes, downtown Trick-or-Treating, Mothers’ Club Parade, pumpkin roll, contests, BatArt and games for free family fun.

10am to 2pm at the Batavia Riverwalk (set up between 9-9:45am)

The Batavia MainStreet Batfest is brought to you in partnership with the Batavia Park District, Batavia Mothers’ Club, BATV, Batavia Library, and the City of Batavia.

RSVP to the Bat Cave by 10/11 to reserve your space! A confirmation letter and map showing where you will be located will be emailed a week before the event. Please remember this is a kid-focused event and all vendors are required to provide an engaging activity for children and/or pass out candy.

2019 Bat Fest Registration

    Batavia-Based Non-Profit Booth or Business Booth. Please note that you are responsible for providing your own tent, table, chairs, decorations...etc. The space is approximately 10' x 15' (approx. 20' x 15' for a double business booth)
  • Please list the type of activity you will be hosting (i.e. face painting, game, craft, etc.). All participants are required to bring or do something (game or craft) to engage the children along with promoting their business/community group.
