The mission of the Batavia Farmers’ Market is to celebrate small-town values, boost the local economy, and create a community-focused social destination. This Market features produce, baked goods, artisan products, plants, honey and related farm products. Our vendors must grow, harvest and/or produce at least 75% of market products.
Direct sale and MLM vendors are not eligible to participate in the market.
Artists, crafters, makers and vintage sellers should apply to the Artisan Collective.
Who can Sell?
Farm Products
- Produce: fruits, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, grains, edible plants
- Meat, Cheese, Egg, Fish: raw/frozen meats, dairy, eggs, cured meats
- Flowers: bedding plants, nursery stock, fresh/dried flowers
Food & Beverages
- Processed Foods : baked goods, chocolates, pasta, preserves, jams, pickles, juices, honey
- Ready-To-Eat Foods/Prepared Foods: meals, soups, sandwiches, ice cream
- Beverages: coffee, tea, juices
Other Vendors:
- Case-by-case approval for atypical products
The Batavia Farmers' Market and Batavia MainStreet reserves the right to approve, disapprove, or dismiss any vendor at its discretion. Priority will be given to past vendors.
