2025 Winterfest Application

Winterfest Art Market is a three-day INDOOR market, featuring hand crafted art and goods brought to you by two local non-profits Batavia MainStreet & Water Street Studios.

This year the event will span the entire northwest corner of the building, including the Dock at 150 1st Street, 160 1st Street, Kiss the Sky, and Water Street Studios! Food, drinks and live entertainment available throughout the weekend!

Application deadline is July 15, 2025.

Batavia MainStreet and Water Street Studios reserves the right to approve, disapprove, or dismiss any vendor at its discretion.

Friday, November 14 - 6pm - 9pm
Saturday, November 15 - 10am - 5pm

Apply to be added to the Warm Weather Waitlist! If the weather cooperates, we'll add additional pop-up vendors to the alley in front of Water Street Studios for a special one-day pop-up on Saturday, November 15 from 10am - 5pm.

Vendor Fees:

INDOOR Vendor Options - 3 days

Wall Space $220 - (approximately 8' wide x 7' high x 3' deep) - Best suited for 2D artwork and offerings. Vendors must utilize wall space primarily (nails are the ideal hanging method). A small table along the wall may display other offerings. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table.
Booth Space $220 - (approximately 8' x 6') - Space accommodates 1 six-foot table. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table.
Center Gallery Space $330 - (approximately 9' x 9') - Space accommodates 2-3 six-foot tables. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables.

OUTDOOR Vendor Option - Warm Weather Waitlist - Saturday only

10' x 10' Booth Space $75 - Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tent weights, table(s) and chair.

The Winterfest Art Market Committee will evaluate the weather forecast and make a decision on November 3. Interested vendors will be contacted on November 4.

Acceptance & Fees

A $10 fee is due at the time of application.

Acceptance notification and invoice will be sent to selected vendors by August 1, 2025. Vendor fee must be paid in full by August 15, 2025. There will not be refunds for any reason. Please think of your booth fee as a donation to our non-profit organizations- Batavia MainStreet and Water Street Studios. All fees collected goes toward further MainStreet and Water Street events and programs.
